02· what this is
In one paragraph

You already did the hard part. Now let's sell it wider.

I'm Jenna. I teach wax seal art online, and a couple of years ago I partnered with a small ad team, my husband's agency, to put real marketing behind my workshop. Now we run a small program, One Afternoon Crafts, that licenses existing courses and sells them to brand-new audiences.

Here's the short version. You already have a cyanotype course. We pay you an upfront licensing fee, then a royalty on every copy our ads sell to people outside your own audience. You keep full ownership, you keep selling to your own people, and you keep 100% of those sales. Nothing changes on your end.

I teach wax seal art online. I'm the one reading your note and hopping on the Zoom if we're a fit. I went through the marketing side of this myself, so I know what it's like to hand your work to someone else.

My husband, and the marketing side of all this. He's run Facebook ads for course creators and authors since 2015. His longest-running client has been with him over eight years, and his average client stays at least four. He just runs the ads behind your course.

You license. We sell.

  • Provide your existing course files or access
  • Show up for one 30-minute kickoff Zoom
  • Approve how your course and likeness are used in ads
  • Keep running your own business exactly as you do now

06· the path
How it actually unfolds

From your first email to your monthly royalties.

one.

Reach out

Tell me about your cyanotype course and the audience you'd love to reach beyond your own. A quick look at what you've already built.

two.

Zoom

Thirty minutes. The course, the terms, and how your brand shows up in ads. No pressure. Mutual fit or not.

three.

License & approve

One licensing agreement, upfront fee paid. You approve how your course and likeness are used before anything runs.

four.

We run ads, you earn

We build the funnel and run the ads. Monthly royalties land with a full sales report. Your own business carries on untouched.

07· the fit
What makes a course a good fit

Built, finished, and yours to license.

What gets a yes

  • An existing, finished cyanotype course you can hand us
  • A visual, hands-on process with a clear end result
  • Prints a beginner can be proud of in a weekend
  • You own the rights and can license them cleanly
  • Comfortable with us advertising it to cold audiences
  • Reachable, responsive, kind in correspondence

What's not a fit right now

  • Business, coaching, or lifestyle teaching
  • A course bundled with other crafts we can't separate
  • Anything involving alcohol, weapons, or medical claims
  • Courses you don't fully own the rights to
  • Anything you'd rather keep off paid ads
  • A course that isn't actually finished yet

08· real talk
The honest parts

The questions I get on almost every call.

"Do you sell to my existing audience?"
No. We run ads to cold audiences. We never touch your email list, your following, or any community you own. You keep selling to your own people, and you keep 100% of those sales.

"What changes on my end?"
Nothing. You keep full ownership and keep running your business exactly as you do now. Our sales happen alongside yours, never instead of them. The upfront fee and royalties are found money on top.

"What's the catch?"
We can't guarantee every campaign performs. But your upfront fee is yours no matter what, we absorb all the ad cost and risk, and you own your course outright. We're betting our own money on courses we believe in.

09· next step
The next step is yours

If you've already built it, let's go find more buyers.

The next step is a short conversation. Tell me about your cyanotype course and the audience you'd love to reach beyond your own. If it's a fit, we'll get on a 30-minute Zoom and walk through exactly how your brand shows up in the ads, with you approving every piece before it runs.
